RE: Article 7 - Section Seven (c)

On or before July 1 of each year the Union will advise the Office of Labor Relations as to whether or not it will avail itself of the Article 7 Section Seven (c) Union President leave provision for the coming contractual year. If it opts not to utilize said provision then the provisions of Article 7 Section Seven (a) and Seven (c) of the NP-5 agreement effective 7/1/84 - 6/30/87 shall govern the parties’ relationships in this area for the contractual period.
